How do I create a Clue account?

There are two ways to create a Clue account. You can either download the Clue app from your device’s app store or go to the Clue website to create an account. Creating a Clue account is free.

To create a Clue account with the app, follow these steps:

  1. Download the Clue app onto your device from the Apple App Store or Android Play Store.
  2. Open the Clue app.
  3. Tap ‘Get started’.
  4. Answer a few questions to personalize the app for your needs.
  5. Sign up with your email address or your Apple, Facebook, or Google account.
  6. Continue setting up the app until you see the Cycle View or the Home Screen (depending on the mode you select).
  7. If you signed up with your email, check the email address connected to your new Clue account. You should have received a verification email from Clue. Follow the steps in the email to verify your Clue account and then go back to the Clue app.
  8. You’re now ready to start tracking with Clue.

To create an account with the Clue website, follow these steps: 

  1. Go to helloclue.com
  2. Tap ‘My account’ in the top right navigation bar.
  3. Sign up with your email and choose your password.
  4. Tap ‘Create account’.
  5. Your Clue account has now been created. To finish setting things up, check the email address connected to your account. You should have received a verification email from Clue.
  6. Follow the steps in the email to verify your Clue account. 
  7. Now download the Clue app from your device’s app store and sign in using your new account details. 
  8. You’re now ready to start tracking with Clue.
