I'm trying to create an account but haven’t received a verification email. What should I do?

If you signed up to Clue using your email address and still haven’t received a verification email, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Clue app.
  2. Tap ‘Track’. You should now see a screen asking you to verify your account.
  3. You have the option of resending the verification email, or changing your email address in case you made a spelling mistake when creating your account.
  4. Now check your inbox for the verification email. If you can’t find it, please check your spam folder. 
  5. Follow the instructions in the email to verify your account.
