If you signed up to Clue using your email address and still haven’t received a verification email, follow these steps:
- Open your Clue app.
- Tap ‘Track’. You should now see a screen asking you to verify your account.
- You have the option of resending the verification email, or changing your email address in case you made a spelling mistake when creating your account.
- Now check your inbox for the verification email. If you can’t find it, please check your spam folder.
- Follow the instructions in the email to verify your account.
