I don’t have access to the email registered on my Clue account and I can’t remember my password. How can I recover my account?

Unfortunately, in this case you won’t be able to recover your account. We’re only able to send backup data or password reset emails to the email address that’s registered to your Clue account.

Due to our commitment to protecting your data, we only allow the account owner to access their account. We do this to comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
