If you see a warning that your password is wrong when trying to change your email, it may be because the new email address is already linked to another Clue account.
To check if this is the case, please follow these steps:
- Log out of your current Clue account.
- Try logging in with the email you want to switch to.
- If you don’t remember the password, you can reset it here.
If you can log in, an account with that email already exists. You can delete that account by following these instructions. Once it’s deleted, you should be able to update your email in your current account.
