How do I track cycle-related experiences?

There are many other cycle-related experiences that you can track with Clue, besides your period. Some of these include PMS, pain, mood, sex drive and skin. To track your cycle-related experiences, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Clue app.
  2. Tap on Track, or go to the Calendar View.
  3. Tap the date you want to track.
    • On Calendar View, you will need to double tap.
  4. Tap the category you want to track.
    • Tracking categories are the round buttons with different icons like ‘Bleeding’, ‘Pain’, ‘Emotions’.
  5. Select the tracking option which best describes your experience.
    • Tracking options are the square buttons within each category. You can select more than one for certain categories like ‘Emotions’, ‘Exercise’, ‘Mental’. 
  6. Do this for all the tracking categories you want to track.
  7. For iOS: Tap ‘Done’ in the top right-hand corner to save what you’ve tracked.
    For Android: Tap ‘←’ in the top left-hand corner to save what you’ve tracked.
