To help Clue learn about your averages and patterns faster, try tracking as many cycles as possible. The more data you enter, the better Clue can understand your cycle. You can also keep your information up-to-date by adding past cycles and deleting old entries that no longer apply to you.
There are two ways to quickly track or remove your data and period information across multiple days or months:
Quickly track or remove multiple periods over several days using the fast tracking tool:
-
Go to your Calendar View, and tap the red drop icon in the top-right corner.
- Select your flow level (Light, Medium, Heavy, or Super Heavy) at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap each calendar day you had that flow.
- Change the flow level and repeat for any other days with a different flow.
- Scroll back through the calendar to track past periods or remove any incorrect entries by tapping on the days.
- When you're finished, tap “Save all”.
Quickly track or remove multiple experiences over several days:
- Go to the Calendar screen and double-tap on any day you want to track or remove data.
- Choose the tracking options you want to add or remove (here’s how to add more options).
- Select another day from the calendar strip at the top and repeat step 2.
- Scroll the calendar strip to go to past weeks.
- Repeat for any other days you’d like to update.
When you're finished, tap "Save" at the bottom to save all your changes.
