There are two ways to create a Clue account. You can either download the Clue app from your device’s app store or go to the Clue website to create an account. Creating a Clue account is free.
To create a Clue account with the app, follow these steps:
- Download the Clue app onto your device from the Apple App Store or Android Play Store.
- Open the Clue app.
- Tap ‘Get started’.
- Answer a few questions to personalize the app for your needs.
- Sign up with your email address or your Apple, Facebook, or Google account.
- Continue setting up the app until you see the Cycle View or the Home Screen (depending on the mode you select).
- If you signed up with your email, check the email address connected to your new Clue account. You should have received a verification email from Clue. Follow the steps in the email to verify your Clue account and then go back to the Clue app.
- You’re now ready to start tracking with Clue.
To create an account with the Clue website, follow these steps:
- Go to helloclue.com.
- Tap ‘My account’ in the top right navigation bar.
- Sign up with your email and choose your password.
- Tap ‘Create account’.
- Your Clue account has now been created. To finish setting things up, check the email address connected to your account. You should have received a verification email from Clue.
- Follow the steps in the email to verify your Clue account.
- Now download the Clue app from your device’s app store and sign in using your new account details.
- You’re now ready to start tracking with Clue.
