You can easily retrieve your password by clicking on “Account” > “Log in” > “Forgot your password?”. Enter your email address and click on “reset password”.
Please click on the link in that email from your phone where Clue is installed. It will take you to the app, where you will be able to choose a new password.
If you are already logged into your account but still need to reset your password, write us from Support > Account&Data> “Contact us” and we will send you an email with a link to reset it.
