If you use the features Sign in with Apple or Hide My Email, then you may have signed up to Clue using an Apple-masked email. These email addresses end in @privaterelay.appleid.com or @icloud.com.
To change your email address or create your own specific password for your Clue account, you’ll need to reset your credentials. Follow these steps:
- To find out your masked email address: Open your Clue app > Go to the More Menu (the ‘●●●’ in the top-right corner of your Cycle View > Tap your profile > You’ll then see the address under ‘Email’.
- Now you’ll need to create your password. Open this link: https://helloclue.com/forgot-password.
- Enter your masked email address and tap ‘Send’.
- Open the password reset email just sent to your inbox. Remember to do this on the device where you have downloaded the Clue app.
- Tap ‘Reset your password’.
- Pick a new account password and tap ‘Submit’.
Now restart your Clue app and follow the steps here to change your Clue email address. Confirm the change by entering your new password.
