I’m unable to delete my account. What can I do?

You may have issues deleting your account if you signed up to Clue using your Apple, Google, or Facebook credentials. This is because you won’t have created your own specific password when creating your Clue account. You need a password in order to delete your account.

 

To create a Clue password now, just follow these steps:

 

  1. Open your Clue app.
  2. Go to the More Menu, the ‘=’ in the top-right corner of your Cycle View.
  3. Tap ‘Support’.
  4. Tap ‘Account Questions’.
  5. Tap “How do I delete my account?”
  6. Tap ‘I forgot my password’.
  7. Enter the email address connected to your Clue account, and tap ‘Send’.
  8. Open the password reset email you were just sent. Remember to do this on the device where you have the Clue app. 
  9. Tap ‘Reset your password’.
  10. Pick a new password and tap ‘Submit’.
  11. Now open your Clue app again.
  12. Follow steps 2-5 from above.
  13. Enter your password and tap ‘Delete account’.
