What do the different colors and symbols in the Cycle and Calendar View mean?

On your Cycle View and Calendar View, you’ll see different colors and symbols. These represent the different stages of your cycle, the experiences you track, and the cycle experiences you’re predicted to have based on Clue’s algorithm.

If you use Clue Period Tracking or Clue Perimenopause mode, here’s a breakdown of what each color and symbol means:

Red: Days of your period (different shades indicate the heaviness of your tracked flow).
Pink: Your predicted period days.
Gray: Days between your period and the fertile window, and between the fertile window and the beginning of your next period.
Teal: Your predicted fertile window.
Light blue dot within the fertile window: Your predicted ovulation day.
White clouds: Your predicted PMS. Read more about it here.
Small colored dots: The tracking categories that you logged on that specific day.

If you use Clue Conceive, find more information on the colors in your mode here.

If you use Clue Tracking, by default the Cycle and Calendar View do not show any of the above except your tracking dots. If you’d like to see a prediction for ovulation or the fertile window, you can turn these on in settings. Go to the More Menu > Scroll down to ‘App preferences’ > Tap ‘Cycle personalization’ > Toggle on ‘Show ovulation’ or ‘Show fertile window’.
