Can I export my data from Clue to Apple Health or Apple Health to Clue?

The Clue integration with Apple Health allows you to integrate your Clue period data with Apple Health. This includes when you track your period as well as your flow. Note that Clue allows you to track both “heavy” and “super heavy” for your flow but Apple Health will consider these both as “heavy.” The integration does not include importing previously tracked data.

To import your period data into Apple Health, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Clue app.
  2. Go to the More Menu, the two lines in the top-right corner of your Cycle View.
  3. Tap ‘Settings’.
  4. Tap “Apple Health” and then tap "Go to Settings".
  5. On your device's Settings, open "Health".
  6. Tap "Data Access & Devices".
  7. Under "Apps and services", tap "Clue".
  8. Give your consent so that Clue can share your cycle date with Apple Health.

From now on, when you track your period with Clue, it will be synced with Apple Health. Bear in mind that only period data points tracked in Clue after giving permission to sync with the Apple Health app will be transferred. As a workaround, you can delete past data and re-enter it, and then it should be synced.

At this time, it’s not possible to import data from Apple Health into Clue.
