How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your Clue Plus subscription, follow the instructions related to your device:

For iOS 

Because of Apple’s Terms of Service, Clue is unable to assist with cancellations. You will need to cancel your subscription directly through their service. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Settings app.
  2. Tap your Apple ID profile at the top of the page.
  3. Tap ‘Subscriptions’.
  4. Select Clue in the list of your active subscriptions.
  5. Tap ‘Cancel subscription’.
  6. Tap ‘Confirm’ to end your Clue Plus subscription.

Google Play Store for Android 

To cancel your subscription directly with Google Play Store, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile at the top right.
  3. Tap ‘Payments & subscriptions’
  4. Select Clue in the list of your active subscriptions.
  5. Tap ‘Cancel subscription’.

If you are having problems cancelling directly with the Play Store, you can also contact Clue to cancel your subscription. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Clue app.
  2. Go to the More Menu in the top-right corner of the Cycle View.
  3. Tap ‘Support’.
  4. Tap ‘Clue Plus’.
  5. Tap ‘Contact us’ at the bottom of the page.
  6. Fill out the form. Please include the reason for cancelling, and your Clue Plus transaction ID. You’ll find the ID in your purchase confirmation email from the Play Store, or in the ‘Other purchase activity’ tab at payments.google.com.
  7. We’ll get back to you about your subscription cancellation.


If you cancel your subscription, remember that you will still have access to all Clue Plus features and modes until your subscription runs out. For example, if you cancel a yearly subscription three months after subscribing, you can still use Clue Plus for the remaining nine months.
