If you received a trial or limited-time bundled Clue Plus subscription with your wearable, here’s what you need to know if you want to cancel:
- Trial period: Your subscription will automatically renew at full price at the end of your trial or limited-time period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged.
- How to cancel: You can cancel at any time by visiting our payment provider’s website: https://paddle.net or by contacting them directly via email at help@paddle.com.
- Email address: You’ll need the email address used to set up your subscription, usually the same as your Clue account. To check, open the Clue app and go to the More Menu.
- Data protection: You won’t lose any of your Clue data if you cancel.
- Access after cancellation: After canceling, you can still use all Clue Plus features until your subscription runs out. For example, if you cancel a yearly subscription 3 months in, you’ll retain access for the remaining 9 months.
- Deleting your account: Deleting your Clue account does not automatically cancel an active Clue Plus subscription. If your account is deleted, you must still cancel through Paddle.
