Why are my synced wearable graphs empty?

If you have synced a wearable device but your graphs are empty, don’t worry—the app needs a complete cycle before it can generate these.

If you recently started using Clue

If you’ve just started using the app, you’ll need to complete at least one menstrual cycle. After that, your wearable data—like sleep and temperature—will appear in the graphs.

If you do not menstruate

If you don’t menstruate and are using Clue Tracking mode, the app still relies on cycles to organize your data. You’ll need to manually complete your cycles for the graphs to populate.

If you’ve already completed one or more cycles and your graphs are still empty, try disconnecting and reconnecting your wearable device.
