Which data from my wearable can I sync to the Clue app?

At Clue, we help you connect the dots between your wearable data and your menstrual cycle.

By syncing your device, you can track how things like temperature, heart rate, and sleep change throughout your cycle.

You can view your synced data in the Analysis Tab under Insights.

Data you can currently sync from our supported partners:

  • Oura: Temperature trends, sleep duration, resting heart rate, heart rate variability
  • Apple Watch (for iOS): Skin temperature, sleep duration, resting heart rate, heart rate variability
  • Withings: Skin temperature, sleep duration
  • Ultrahuman: Skin temperature, sleep duration, resting heart rate, heart rate variability

When you first connect your device in the Clue app settings, you’ll be asked which wearable data you’d like to share with Clue.  If you disconnect your device from Clue, then the data sharing will stop.

When wearable data is shared with us, it’s treated with the same care as all your other health data that you track in the Clue app—with privacy, security, and protection under the GDPR. You can read more about how we handle data in our Privacy Policy.
