Ever since we launched the new version of the Clue app in 2022, we’ve been able to release new features and improvements much faster, on a weekly basis.
Part of these improvements are solutions and fixes to issues reported by people who use Clue.
Before you report a problem, please check if the solution may already have been released, or is in progress with our team.
Here are the current issues we’re working on fixing in the app:

Birth Control page freezing -> fixed

"Period coming soon" reminder stuck on 1 day before period -> fixed
- Issue with tracking Pain experiences in the "Clue Tracking" mode -> fixed
- BBT tracking always goes back to 46,5 -> please check in your device settings, if particular options are set to: region/ Temperature/ Measurement System/ Number Format and make sure that you enter the decimal numbers by typing the comma or the dot at the bottom-left corner of your keyboard

- If you've recently updated your Clue app and can't see your data in the account, please follow the steps from this FAQ.
- If you have recently purchased Clue Plus but can't see it in your Clue app, contact us by using this form.
- If you would like to report an issue with Clue Connect, please check first the current scope of the feature. To submit feedback about it, please use this form.
- If you see an error screen on the Calendar View, please make sure to update the Clue app to the newest version in the Google Play Store.

If you're using mobile data on your device and the app isn't working or shows error messages, try to open your phone Settings > Scroll down and tap on Clue > check if the option "Mobile data" is disabled. If yes, try to re-enable it and with this, Clue should work again while using mobile data (iOS).
To make sure you’re getting all of the latest fixes and improvements regularly (weekly cadence), update your Clue app to the most recent version:
For iOS devices
You can update your app to version 198.0 through the Apple App Store. If it’s not available for you yet, check back later as some updates roll out gradually.
For Android devices
You can update your app to version 184.0 through the Google Play Store. If it’s not available for you yet, check back later as some updates roll out gradually.
