The Clue app is designed so you can see your tracked data at all times. To look back at past data you’ve tracked, use the Calendar View to get an overview. You can also use the Analysis Tab to see trends in your data and how that relates to your cycle.
If you can’t see your past data right now, there are different options on what to do next:
- One reason you might not see your data is that you may have more than one account. We recommend trying all your possible sign-ins, to see if your data is linked to another email address or social network account.
- If you have an iOS device, you may have signed up to Clue in the past with an Apple masked email address. This is when a randomized email address is used instead of your real email address for privacy reasons. If you can’t remember that masked address, try to find it in your App Store or iOS settings. You can also see this Apple address in any past emails you might have received from Clue.
- If you have no issues with different accounts, there may be a technical glitch with the app. It’s a good idea to fill out this form, so we can look into the bug and pass it onto the relevant team to investigate.
- If you think your data has been lost, then please contact us through this form. We’ll look into it and get back to you as soon as we can.
