Although you can’t wipe your data directly from the Clue app, our Support team is happy to assist you.
If you’d like to start fresh and continue tracking in Clue with a clean slate, simply contact Clue’s Support team using the form here (in the “What’s on your mind?” dropdown menu, select “I’d like to wipe my account from old data”).
Once you’ve submitted the form, our Support team will reach out to confirm your request. After we receive your confirmation, your account data will be wiped.
Before making this request, we recommend downloading your historical data in case you need it in the future.
