Problemi attuali dell'app su cui stiamo lavorando

Ever since we launched the new version of the Clue app in 2023, we’ve been able to release new features and improvements much faster, on a weekly basis.

 

Part of these improvements are solutions and fixes to issues reported by people who use Clue. 

 

Before you report a problem, please check if the solution may already have been released, or is in progress with our team.

 

Here are the current issues we’re working on fixing:

  • Tracking categories not being shown in Tracking Tab (issue fixed: if you still can't track anything, you probably have all Tracking Categories toggled off, please make sure that at least one is active to be able to track again)

  • App freezing when opened (try to restart the app to see if this helps)

If you've recently updated your Clue app and can't see your data in the account, please follow the steps from this FAQ.

To make sure you’re getting all of the latest fixes and improvements regularly (weekly cadence), update your Clue app to the most recent version:


For iOS devices
You can update your app to version 168.0 through the Apple App Store. If it’s not available for you yet, check back later as some updates roll out gradually.  

 

For Android devices
You can update your app to version 156.0 through the Google Play Store. If it’s not available for you yet, check back later as some updates roll out gradually.
