Clue Community is a new feature that allows Clue users to connect with each other in a social forum. It’s a space where people can ask questions, share what they’re going through, and hear from others who’ve had similar experiences.
When you open the community, you can explore different groups and the content posted there. Each group covers a different topic, and is focused around the mode your Clue app is set to.
We created this feature based on feedback from our users over the years. We’ve heard from people that tracking menstrual and reproductive health can feel isolating, and that there’s a desire for a safe, comforting place to have conversations with peers about experiences. So with this in mind, we’ve launched a shared community for Clue members to interact with one another, to help people feel seen, supported and more understood.
The community is designed to be anonymous and is moderated to ensure it’s welcoming and safe. Health is personal, and we want people to feel comfortable participating in the community without judgement or concern over their privacy. A community profile has no connection to a Clue account, random profile names are given to users when they use the feature, and we ask users to never share their personal information.
Clue Community will be rolled out gradually. Right now, it’s only available to Clue users living within the US and who are in Clue Conceive mode. You must be 18 years of age or older to use the feature. After we gather learnings from this small user group, we will make improvements and expand the availability to more people.
