You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Paddle, our payment provider, directly via email at help@paddle.com. You can also use their chatbot https://paddle.net/.
If you cancel your subscription, remember that you will still have access to all Clue Plus features and modes until your subscription runs out. For example, if you cancel a yearly subscription three months after subscribing, you can still use Clue Plus for the remaining nine months.
