You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Paddle, our payment provider, directly via email at help@paddle.com. You can also use their chatbot https://paddle.net/.
Some helpful things to remember:

You won’t lose any of your data if you cancel Clue Plus. How we manage and protect your user data is always the same, regardless of whether you’re a premium or freemium user.

After canceling, you can still use all Clue Plus features until your subscription runs out. For example, if you cancel a yearly subscription 3 months after subscribing, you can still use Clue Plus for the remaining 9 months.
- Deleting your Clue account does not automatically cancel an active Clue Plus subscription. If you’ve already deleted your account, you must still follow the cancellation steps through Paddle.
