How do I manage my Clue Plus subscription if I subscribed via O2 Germany?

If you’ve subscribed to Clue Plus via your O2 account in Germany, your subscription is managed through O2, not the Clue app. 

You can view your subscription details, make changes, or cancel by logging in to the O2 Online Portal and selecting “Clue.” From there, you’ll be able to see your current plan, billing information, and available options.
