Where can I find the receipt(s) for my Clue Plus purchases?

After buying or renewing your Clue Plus subscription, you should have received a receipt via email as proof of purchase. If you can’t find your receipt, contact the provider of your subscription:

If you bought Clue Plus:

  • On the Apple App Store – reach out to App Store support.

  • On the Google Play Store – get in touch with Google Play support.

  • On the Clue website (https://helloclue.com/) – contact Paddle support. You can contact them via email at help@paddle.com or through their website https://paddle.net/.

  • Using your HSA/FSA debit card directly – you can reach out to our payment provider, Flex by emailing support@withflex.com
