After buying or renewing your Clue Plus subscription, you should have received a receipt via email as proof of purchase. If you can’t find your receipt, contact the provider of your subscription:
- If you bought it on the App Store, reach out to App Store support.
- If you bought it on Google Play, get in touch with Google Play support.
- If you bought it on the Clue website https://helloclue.com/, contact Paddle support. You can contact them via email at help@paddle.com or through their chatbot https://paddle.net/.
