Once you follow the steps to redeem your discount via URL, you can check that the discount has been applied during checkout using two ways.
When putting in your personal details, look out for your discount code at the bottom of the form, above the “Continue” button.
When putting in your payment details, you can also see how much your initial subscription will cost and how much the renewing subscription will cost. The price difference will give you an indication of whether the discount was applied.
If you’re unable to see the discount code or a discount value applied during the checkout process, please review the code you were offered and try again. You can also contact our Support Team if you need further assistance.
