How can I check if my discount code was correctly redeemed?

When you go to purchase your Clue Plus subscription, type your discount code in the “Add discount” field. After doing this, make sure you see the discount code—for example, HELLO25—listed in the order summary, together with the corresponding discount value. 

If you’re unable to apply the discount or don’t see the discount value applied, please review the code you were offered and try again. You can also contact our Support Team through the website if you need further assistance.
