There are many other cycle-related experiences that you can track with Clue, besides your period. Some of these include PMS, pain, feelings, sex drive, and skin. To track your cycle-related experiences, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Clue app.
  2. Tap on Track, or go to the Calendar View.
  3. Tap the date you want to track.
    • On the Calendar View, you’ll need to double tap.
  4. Scroll down and find the category you want to track. 
    • Tracking categories are groupings like ‘Period’, ‘Pain’, or ‘Feelings’.
  5. Select the tracking option which best describes your experience.
  6. Do this for all the tracking categories you want to track.
  7. Tap ‘Save’ to save what you’ve tracked.
