You can now create a report to easily share your Clue data with healthcare providers.
The feature allows you to purchase a downloadable PDF of your recent cycle data and symptom trends. It’s designed to help guide conversations about your health and make you feel more prepared at doctor appointments.
To create your report, follow these steps:
- Go to the More Menu or Analysis Tab in your Clue app and tap “Report for doctor”.
- Tap “Go to report details”. You won’t be charged yet.
- Review your personal and medical details and edit any fields as needed. Your name, health conditions, and birth control are prefilled from your Clue profile; your age and medications are not.
- Tap “Agree and create report” to purchase your report. Generating the report can take anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
- Once created, you can open and download your report.
Editing your report:
Please note you have 24 hours after purchase to edit your report. During this time, you can update your personal and medical details, edit any tracking data, or hide a cycle in the Analysis Tab to exclude it from the report.
To have your updates reflected in the report, you need to: Go to your reports list > Tap the pencil icon > Tap “Update report”. After 24 hours, the report becomes read-only, and any new updates will require a new purchase.
Availability and pricing:
For now, the report feature is only available for users located in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. To access it, you need to be in Clue Period Tracking mode and have your app set to English.
We're slowly rolling it out, first on Android and then on iOS. If you are eligible for the feature but can't see it yet, make sure you keep your Clue app updated.
The report is a one-time purchase available for both free and Clue Plus users. The price is displayed in-app when you navigate to the feature. As this is a premium feature outside of our standard subscription model, it is not included in Clue Plus. A separate purchase is required each time you want to create a new report.
