If you’ve connected your Oura Ring to Clue, the blue dots show that your Oura temperature data was successfully synced on those days.
The dots are blue because they belong to the “Body” tracking category, which is represented with that color. You can also view your Oura measurements in the Analysis tab, under “Oura temperature trends.”
Please note: Oura temperature trends are not the same as Basal Body Temperature measurements.
