You can set your cycle on your terms—whether it’s based on noticeable physical or emotional changes, starting a new medication dose, or beginning a fresh pack of contraceptive pills. Others might prefer to set a consistent start date, like the 1st of each month, for easier month-to-month comparisons. It’s up to you and your needs.
