We’re currently in the process of relaunching the Clue app. Some modes and features are still under construction, including switching your birth control settings and reminders.
This includes the visual pill reminder, where you see yellow empty tracking dots in the Cycle View. The notification reminder, where you receive a push notification from the Clue app to take your pill, is also currently unavailable. Our team is currently working on this and it’s a top priority.
In the meantime, we recommend setting up a pill reminder somewhere else. You can still continue tracking your pill intake using the ‘Birth control pill’ tracking category.
We know the app isn’t perfect yet, but we want to reassure you that we’re working hard to bring you the best experience you deserve. We suggest turning on automatic app updates on your device, so you’ll always get the latest features with each new app update.
