You may have noticed a few changes in your Clue app after your last update. That’s because we’re currently in the process of relaunching the app.
While we do this, some features won’t be available yet. This includes viewing your previously tracked data in detail in the Calendar View and the Analysis Tab. We deeply apologize for interrupting your experience because of this.
If you have a verified account, transferring your data to the new app should be smooth.
We will be reintroducing the bottom tracking sheet in the Calendar View soon. You’ll then be able to go back to previous dates and see what experiences you tracked.
We’ll let you know as soon as this feature is back in the app. You can also turn on your automatic updates, so you’ll always see the latest features with each new release. We deeply appreciate your patience and ongoing support as we work to build the best version of Clue yet.
Have you recently switched to a new phone?
If you have recently switched phones, please follow these steps to ensure your data migrates safely:
- Upgrade to the latest Clue on your old phone and log-in to the app
- Download Clue to your new phone, and your data should be there
