Why did you decide to acquire the clinical study and IP from DOT, rather than building your own?

Clue Birth Control is powered by an algorithm (Dynamic Optimal Timing, or DOT) that was developed and tested in a clinical study by researchers at the Institute for Reproductive Health at Georgetown University (IRH). These researchers have more than 30 years experience in the field of contraceptive research. DOT’s representative clinical trial was an important building block for bringing Clue Birth Control safely and effectively to market and getting regulatory clearance. DOT sought a partner who could bring the technology to millions of people worldwide. Clue felt it was a great opportunity to build on the great work already done by the DOT team.
