I lost my phone / I bought a new phone. Is my data gone?

If you switch to a new phone, your data should still be saved in the app. Once you re-download the app onto your phone and sign into your account, your data should be available again. However, if you tracked any data while offline and then switched to a new device without going online again first, the new data will not be synced and could therefore be lost after you switch to a new phone.
