Unfortunately, in this case you won’t be unable to recover your account. We are only able to send backup data or password reset emails to the email address that is registered to your Clue account.
Due to our commitment to protect your data, we only allow the account owner to access their account. We do this to comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
To make sure you can recover your Clue data at any time, it’s a good idea to routinely save a backup. By doing backups, you keep your Clue data safe and will be able to access it if you ever create a new account. To do a backup, check out the instructions here.
