Some Clue users are receiving non-stop notifications from the app following an upgrade to Clue version 3.2 (released on November 21).
We are working to fix the problem and recommend taking the following steps to temporarily resolve the issue:
- Open "Settings" on your device.
- Switch off notifications for Clue.
If you are able to open the Clue app, you can also to go the menu, select Reminders and turn off all notifications.
Please note that once you switch off your notifications you will also stop receiving reminders from Clue. These will resume once you switch notifications back on.
