I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

If you’re signed out of your account and need to reset your password, follow these steps:

1. Open the Clue app.
2. Tap ‘I have an account’.
3. Tap ‘Sign in with email’.
4. Tap ‘I forgot my password’.
5. Enter your email address and tap ‘Continue’.
6. Open the password reset email you were just sent. Remember to do this on the device where you have downloaded the Clue app. 
7. Tap ‘Reset your password’.
8. Open your Clue app and pick a new password.
9. Tap ‘Save password’. You can now sign in to your account.
   

If you’re signed in and want to change your password, follow these steps:

1. Open your Clue app.
2. Go to the More Menu, the ‘●●●’ in the top-right corner of your Cycle View.
3. Tap ‘Support’.
4. Tap ‘Account Questions’.
5. Tap “How do I delete my account?”
6. Tap ‘I forgot my password’.
7. Follow steps 5-8 from above.
