I too like to be able to add my perimenopause/menopause symptoms, like night sweats and hot flashes in the clue app. Thank you!
could you please add tags for perimenopause/menopause symptoms, thank you!
Tracking when taking emergency contraception like Plan B would be helpful.
Plan B!
For me it would be helpful to track cystitis.
It would be helpful to track early menopause symptoms like night sweats and hot flashes. I have endometriosis and one symptom my doctor told me to look for is early menopause symptoms like night sweats.
I am a trans guy and I’m going to be starting testosterone in about a month... I would love to see a way for guys like me to be able to track periods in relation to our T levels, etc.
I'd like ANGRY to be included in the suggested emotions. It seems very universal to me and is also a common disruptive emotional state around PMS.
It seems to me that all the current emotion suggestions are passive (culturally accepted for women). I resent the choices of Sensitive (not a basic emotion, though I do have a tag for "testy/asking for a fight" that is a close idea - again, the posture being a bit more active) and PMS in this 4-item list. I use the PMS choice to track when my emotions seem fuelled by this time-of-the-month, but I'd like the emotion choices to include other states that can happen any day of my cycle.
Another choice lacking in particular (in the emotional/mental states) is ANXIOUS.
Other tags I created are personnal findings after some introspection (I tend to track only what feels striking, out of the blue, things that I suspect may be linked with my cycle). It's either behavioral ("complained", "bulldozer/pushy", "used nonviolent communication", "COOPERATIVE", "yelled" and the "testy/looking for a fight" I already mentionned) or mental ("automatical negative thoughts", "see only problems to solve", "INTUITIVE", "CREATIVE", "monkeymind/all over the place"... things that are actually between Stressed, Sad, Conflict, Focused, Supportive, Motivated, Productive). Recently I also created "cuddly/affectionate" and "nostalgic" because Calm and Sociable didn't match my feelings (you guessed it : I was in my fertility window).
The ones in capital letters, I think, apply to many and are missing.
Thank you anyway
I have friend that is complaining to me that the app does not have an option to monitor her back pain. I feel like it is of the upmost importance that you fix this issue with your app.
I would love it if migraines and not just headaches was an option. More birth control options would alos be available. I have my tubes tied and cannot get pregnant. It borthers me that clue feels the need to pop up and tell me I could be because my cycle is a little longer sometimes.
I'd like to (not have to) track Yeast and other common gynecologic illnesses. Nearly 75% of all adult women have had at least one yeast infection in their lifetime. And it sucks.
Thank you team ☺
Please track perimenopausal symptoms like hot flashes and night sweats!
I think there should be a “pain relief” tab, so I could track how much advil or midol or tylenol, etc. I’m taking to relieve period pain. Being able to track the severity of the cramps as well would be nice. Some ideas I saw that I agree with were clots, color, medications, back pain, libido.
Instead of providing specific sport/activity categories (since those are almost infinite)- set training load (light-demanding), that way each user can track her activity without having to provide an infinite number of tracking options.

Regarding pain- I would like to track lower back pain, since I have never had cramps/ stomach/ headaches
Please add the option to track perimenopause symptoms like breast pain, night sweats, hot flashes, etc. These are very significant symptoms, they can start from age 35, and really should be tracked until menopause. I also agree with the above feedback regarding tracking diet and I would like to add also tracking vitamin and mineral (i.e. supplements) intake. Nutrition and sleep have a direct effect on sex hormones and it is very important to track the relationship. Stress levels also have a direct impact and can significant upset the cycle and put it off course.
I second lower back pain! Mine is just like cramps but also a very separate thing. Thanks!
I'd like to see more option for the r exercise tracking such as gym or weight exercise. And water intake would be great to track as well. Thanks,
I would like tracking options for gender identity feelings, like dysphoria or feeling more femme, non-binary, or masc.

It would be a cool add on if you had a feature for menstrual blood color. Ranging from light pink to
brown. so women can track the health of their blood as well!
I think it would be very useful to be able to track your Plan B or morning after pill... and how that affects your cycle...
I know there is a high sex drive, but how about a LOW one? That's very important to me, to see if birth control is impacting that. Not just if it's extreme, but if it dips below average.
Please add the moon and a seed cycling calendar thank you!
I would like to be able to track back pain, either as a subset of cramp tracking, or its own heading. Also, passing clots and how big.

Could there please be a section for adding miscarriages?
Would be nice if I could track my steps and other kind of exercises- weight lifting , cardio, martial arts or functional fitness
There should be a way to add my cycle length and period length when first downloading the app im unsure on how to fix this because the current data is wrong plz help
It would be really helpful if it was possible to track emergency contraception like the morning after pill. There are many options to track other contraceptive medications but this one is missing, and that’s too bad because it has a big impact on one’s cycle!
