I’m not seeing my latest Oura data in Clue. What can I do?

If your most up-to-date Oura data isn’t appearing in your Clue app, it may be that your Oura Ring hasn’t properly synced with your Oura App. This needs to happen before the Oura App can automatically share your data with Clue.

Our tip: Remember to open your Oura App every morning after you wake up, so that your Oura Ring can sync your latest measurements. 

To check when the most recent data sync happened between Oura and Clue, follow these steps:

  1. Open your Clue app.
  2. Go to the More Menu, the ‘●●●’ in the top-right corner of your Cycle View.
  3. Tap ‘Settings’.
  4. Tap ‘Oura Ring’.
  5. Check the date shown next to “Last sync: (X)”
  6. If it’s not showing today’s date, open your Oura App to allow your ring to sync the most recent data. 

If you can’t see any Oura charts in your Clue app anymore, check if your Oura Ring is still paired with Clue. If your Clue Plus subscription expired, your ring may have been disconnected. To check, go to the More Menu > Tap ‘Settings’ > Tap ‘Oura Ring’ > If you don’t see the screen “Your Oura Ring is paired”, then check your Clue Plus status in your app store subscriptions.

If your Clue Plus subscription is active and you still can’t see your Oura charts, your iOS device may need a software update. Oura charts are only visible on iOS Version 16 and higher.
