How can I redeem my voucher code?

To redeem your voucher, go to helloclue.com. From there, you can either sign in or create a Clue account where you can redeem your voucher. 

If you have an existing Clue account, follow these instructions:

1. Go to https://helloclue.com/clue-plus.
2. Tap ‘Redeem Voucher’.
3. Sign in to your Clue account.
4. Enter your voucher code and tap ‘Redeem’.
5. Your voucher is now redeemed and you’re ready to enjoy Clue Plus benefits on us.

If you don’t have a Clue account, follow these instructions:

1. Go to https://helloclue.com/clue-plus.
2. Tap ‘Redeem Voucher’.
3. Choose ‘Sign up now’ below the sign in options.
4. Fill in your information to create an account with Clue.
5. Enter the voucher code and tap ‘Redeem’.
6. Your voucher is now redeemed and your Clue Plus subscription has begun.
7. To start using the benefits, download the Clue app on your phone by tapping either the App Store or Google Play Store buttons.

Please note that Clue voucher codes can be redeemed via the website only–not the app.
