If you purchased through the App Store
Because of Apple’s Terms of Service, Clue is unable to assist with cancellations or refund requests. You will need to cancel your subscription directly through their service.
- In the Clue app, go to the menu and tap “Your subscription”
- Tap “Manage your subscription”
- Cancel your subscription in the iTunes Store app
If you purchased through the Google Play Store
Please contact us from the app Menu "More" - Support - "Clue Plus" - "Contact us" so we can assist you. Please include your reason for cancelling and your transaction ID—you’ll find it in the purchase confirmation email from the Play Store or in the “Other purchase activity” tab at payments.google.com.
You will still have access to all Clue Plus features until your subscription runs out—if you cancel an annual subscription three months after purchase, you will still enjoy additional features for the remaining nine months.
