If you purchased a Clue subscription through the Apple App store, you will need to cancel your subscription directly through that service. Because of Apple’s Terms of Service, Clue is unable to assist with cancellations or refund requests if the subscription was purchased on an iOS device.
If you purchased your subscription through the Google Play store, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you. Please include your reason for cancelling and your transaction ID.
You will still have access to the subscription-based features until your subscription runs out. For example: If you cancel a yearly subscription three months after purchase, you will still have access to the additional features for remaining nine months.
